A Brief overview of the role
We are looking for an organised, reliable and motivated Administration Apprentice to join our office team. The role will involve supporting the day-to-day administration of the business while working towards a Business Administration apprenticeship qualification.

Qualifications Required for the role
GCSEs in Maths and English (or equivalent) at grade 4-9 or equivalent.
Job Description
Main Duties
Booking routine service visits, repairs and other jobs into engineers’ diaries
Planning appointments by location to help keep engineers’ routes efficient and reduce unnecessary travel
Contacting customers by telephone and email to arrange or confirm appointments
Creating new jobs and updating existing jobs within Alarm Master Pro
Ensuring customer, site and job information is recorded accurately
Allocating the correct engineer and job details before appointments take place
Monitoring outstanding jobs and helping to ensure they are progressed or rebooked where required
Answering incoming telephone calls and dealing with general customer enquiries
Passing technical or urgent queries to the appropriate member of staff
Uploading documents, updating records and completing general office administration
Supporting other members of the administration team during busy periods

Full-time post following completion of the apprenticeship programme
